Blood oranges play amazingly well with coriander, cumin, lemon and lime to create a vinaigrette that's perfect for delicate greens.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blood orange juice (approximately the juice of 2 small oranges)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons diced shallots
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
