Parmesan Dill Oyster Crackers
A quick, cheesy, and herby recipe for incredibly delicious parmesan dill oyster crackers!

- 2 1/2 tablespoons room temperature unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Line a rimmed pan with parchment.
In a small bowl combine the butter with the oliveoil, parmesan, dill, and black pepper.
Microwave on high for 15 seconds.
Toss the crackers with the butter mixture on the pan, until well coated.
Bake for 15 minutes.
