Parmesan Dill Oyster Crackers

A quick, cheesy, and herby recipe for incredibly delicious parmesan dill oyster crackers!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons room temperature unsalted butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
  • Line a rimmed pan with parchment.
  • In a small bowl combine the butter with the oliveoil, parmesan, dill, and black pepper.
  • Microwave on high for 15 seconds.
  • Toss the crackers with the butter mixture on the pan, until well coated.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
