It grows so fast that I can’t use it all. I grow it in Aerogarden hydroponics and recently am switching to passive hyrdroponics (ball jars) and the basil seems to be adjusting. I am going to make my first batch of thai basis sauce with your recipe and preserve it. Any questions, let me know.
